1. Travel Documents and copies of important documents (your visa, boarding pass, and international passport). When you arrive at the airport, you can also connect to the free Wi-Fi.
2. Zanzibar travel insurance. It is advisable to apply for and pay for this online. It is also possible to pay for this upon arrival, but would need some waiting time depending on the number of people also doing the same when you arrive. The website is: http://www.visitzanzibar.go.tz/. It is issued instantly upon completion of registration and payment on the website. You will be required to show proof of your insurance upon arrival, before entry into Zanzibar.
3. Yellow Fever Certificate –
4. Cash & Cards – USD is widely accepted, but Tanzanian shillings is the local currency and it is needed for local transactions. It is also easy to change USD or Euros to Tanzanian Shillings. Contact our Team when you arrive to arrange this for you.
