There is an annual fee for city services such as waste collection, disposal, sewage, and other amenities. The fee is $1.10 per square meter of living space per month, multiplied by 12 months. For example, an apartment of 50 sqm incurs a monthly cost of $55, resulting in an annual upfront payment of $660. In premium developments with private pools, gyms, concierge services, and other facilities, the base city service fee remains $1.10 per sqm, with an additional charge of $2 per sqm for extended services.
The city is home to many digital nomads and internet freelancers. Therefore, the city offers a backup power supply that automatically activates when the power supply fails. This option can be booked individually for $0.09 per square meter. For a 50 square meter apartment, the additional cost for automatic backup power is only $4.50 per month.
